Industrial Ally has completed all (mechanical, structural, electrical) detail engineering associated with a series of new chemical processing facilities located in California, Florida, and Texas. The new facilities are a result of our client’s desire to control the financial, quality, and timing aspects of products previously sourced from a third parties.
All three sites include; bulk material unloading (trucks, barrels, totes, sacks), material proportioning and blending systems, raw and finished product conveyance (including ~14,000 lf of piping), finished product packaging and loadout systems, as well as the facility enclosures and offices.
Over the two and a half year project development cycle, we collaborated with our client to generate feasibility studies (including capital cost estimates), interfaced with local municipalities to facilitate permitting, and leveraged the expertise of local civil engineers and architects to assure recognition and compliance with localized conditions and codes.
Our team enjoyed the challenge of developing designs for three similar projects simultaneously. It was particularly interesting to work through each locale’s regional idiosyncrasies.
Thank you and congratulations to all the personnel involved – especially our client’s Program Manager – for successful execution of these projects. Your blend of communication, expertise, and collaboration was key to bringing these projects from concept to reality smoothly. You made it look easy… and we all know…..it is never easy.
